Designed by Studio Zuccon International Project , the new flagship Navetta 42 is the biggest and boldest boat in its range. Consisting of four separate decks this head-turning super yacht is not only elegant in design but extremely functional.
And the for the handful of people in the market for a 42m yacht it will be offered with a choice of five different engine options from 1400 to 1825hp. According to Custom Line the expected range of the Navetta 42 is in the vicinity of 3000 nautical miles (5500kms) which means you could cruise from Sydney to Perth and back again without refueling.
Every part of the yacht also is customisable, right down to the timbers and furnishings used, to ensure each boat will be a bespoke design that reflects the owner.
The owner’s suite on the main deck is separated from the 4 or 5 (depending on layout option selected) VIP suites on the lower deck. It also has direct access to the pilothouse, although I suspect, if you can afford a 42 metre superyacht, you’d rarely need to go there, leaving such menial tasks to the captain.
The rear of the Nevatta 42 is dedicated to relaxation and leisure with space aplenty and a side opening garage and water toys storage and launching system built into the design. At the bow of the boat there is plenty of space for entertaining and even a Jacuzzi if you wish. To ensure there is plenty of staff to keep everything in tip-top shape there is also accommodation for seven crew.
Navetta also has a new 37 under development, doubling the number of yachts in the line-up, which range from 27 to 42m, from two to four.
Custom Line is a part of the Italian-based Ferretti Group, which was founded in 1968, that specialise in the design and construction of large pleasure boats. Other brands in the group include Riva, Pershing, Itama, Mochi Craft and CRN.
