The first flagship of the Riva Superyachts Division, Riva 50 Meters, debuted during an exclusive event at the historic Arsenale of Venice. The largest Riva ever made elevates the brand’s signature stylistic excellence to even greater heights.
Called “Race”, the new yacht is 50 meters long for a maximum beam of 9 meters. During her world premier at the Venice Arsenal on June 15th, she amazed the public with her unparalleled standards of aesthetics, style and innovation. Shipowners from all over the world were invited to a refined dinner by Massimo Bottura, which was followed by a gala reception culminating in Riva’s 50 meters unveiling.
Riva 50 meters is the result of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, who exclusively designs the entire Riva range, and the engineering team dedicated to designing the new Riva super yachts with the Ferretti Group Product Strategic Committee. She is characterized by the wider volumes of the hull and a clean and elegant profile. The latest Riva yacht is fitted with the most advanced technological solutions to ensure an unparalleled navigation experience.
On the occasion of the worldwide première, Ferretti Group collaborated with important international luxury brands. Among the main partners that made the event even more magical: Emirates exhibited the Airbus A380 First Class Suite at the Arsenale and Jaguar Land Rover, which started its partnership with Ferretti Group by exhibiting some of its magnificent cars. Antinori, Belvedere Vodka, Veuve Clicquot, Flos, Gruppo Giardini, Nardi, Osteria Francescana, Venezia Certosa Marina and Venice Yacht Pier also contributed as partners.
After the exclusive event in Venice, the new Riva 50 meters will head to the next Monaco Yacht Show.
