One of these impressive Riviera motor yachts – the opulent 75 Enclosed Flybridge christenedSeabreeze – earned individual international recognition for its epic voyage to Singapore from Sydney, Australia last December.

To be displayed in D-Arm of the ONE°15 Marina Club in Sentosa Cove alongside the stylish and sophisticated Riviera 50 Enclosed Flybridge, the supremely seaworthy Seabreezetravelled under her own steam from Darwin to Singapore without a landfall, and without taking on additional fuel.
The 1850nm journey – which included many amazing sights and at one stage saw rogue waves as high as her flybridge hardtop – took Seabreeze 193 hours to complete at an average 9.5 knots, with fuel to spare from the initial 14,800 litres onboard when she left Darwin with her skipper, one crewman and the Singapore-based owner.

Experienced skipper Tim Edwards never had a concern with the 75’s blue-water performance pedigree: “Her MAN 1800s didn’t miss a beat even though, at one point south of Borneo, the tips of the waves were at eye level with the flybridge, and currents were running at 5-6 knots,” he said.

Seabreeze falls into the serious long-range category – she is certainly the best boat I’ve ever skippered.”

Riviera’s magnificent 75 Enclosed Flybridge – measuring over 80 feet from bow sprit to swim platform – capitalises on decades of boat-building experience and design refinement at the marque’s 14-hectare production facility at Coomera on Australia’s Gold Coast which houses some of the most sophisticated marine technology in the world.

Riviera chairman and owner Rodney Longurst said the 75 Enclosed Flybridge hull was developed in close consultation with world-leading superyacht designer Frank Mulder, ensuring safety, comfort and performance.

“The 75 Enclosed Flybridge features a level of opulence comparable to a world-class luxury resort, four luxurious staterooms, including an unashamedly indulgent full-beam master suite,” he said.

“She also carries all the hallmark Riviera luxury alfresco lifestyle designs, as well as the full range of the latest marine technology to ensure she can be comfortably handled by an experienced cruising couple.”

The fully optioned Riviera 50 Enclosed Flybridge on display at the Singapore Yacht Show has state-of-the-art design and palatial appointments and is sure to impress Asian motor yacht enthusiasts, many of whom have shown a growing affection for Riviera’s trademark ‘passion for perfection’.

“Befitting a pleasure boat of this calibre, the 50 Enclosed Flybridge incorporates clever and convenient alfresco lifestyle designs and ultramodern technology with luxurious appointments … not to mention enhanced serviceability, savvy storage and an exacting eye for detail from fit to finish that reminds you that she is nothing less than an Australian-built Riviera,” said Mr Longhurst.

“And while she retains the distinct indoor/outdoor characteristics for which Riviera is internationally renowned, this is an entirely new style of luxury pleasure boat. You will sense this new approach from the moment you step onboard – you instantly enter a world of the most modern technology encased in time-honoured craftsmanship.

“The Riviera international design team has been very innovative with the internal plan providing exceptional accommodation of three staterooms and two bathrooms without compromising the height or exterior profile lines of the boat.

“She has a very confident poise both at anchor and in open water.”

If you are in Singapore for the Yacht Show, Riviera invites you to come and inspect these two magnificent flybridge vessels, meet he Riviera team from Australia and see how they can help you achieve ‘the ultimate boating experience’.
