Australia’s most awarded luxury motor yacht builder, Riviera, will Premiere its flagship Sport Yacht, the 6000, at the upcoming Newport Boat Show in mid-September.
In conjunction with dedicated Riviera and Belize dealer Bosuns Marine, Riviera will also display the timelessly classic Belize 54 Daybridge at the Newport Yachting Center in Newport, Rhode Island, from September 14 to 17.
International Sales Director Chris McCafferty said that Riviera and its New England dealer are excited to bring these popular models to the iconic cruising waterways.

Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht – Premiere (September 14-17)
The sleek and sophisticated Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht has been described as a high-performance blue-water yacht akin to a six-star luxury resort.
She is supremely comfortable with unique alfresco lifestyle features and ultramodern technology as well as luxurious appointments.
“She includes an impressive array of features including an hydraulic boarding platform, tender garage and large open cockpit with a gourmet barbecue unit, and a colossal-sized sun pad on her forward deck,” said Mr McCafferty.
The cockpit connects seamlessly with the spacious salon through large sliding glass door and awning window. Inside, past the fully equipped U-shape aft galley, the salon includes a large U-shape dinette to port with a lounge opposite and comprehensive helm on the starboard side. The salon is flooded with natural light through wrap-around windows, electric sunroofs and fixed skylights.

The 6000 Sport Yacht features up to four luxurious staterooms, including a full beam master amidships,” said Mr McCafferty. “Options include three staterooms plus an accommodation deck lounge or the impressive Presidential design that provides an enlarged floor plan for the full-beam master suite, two further staterooms as well as three bathrooms and an impressive aft utility room or crew cabin.”
Base power is the Volvo Penta D11-IPS950 propulsion system with twin turbo diesel engines and IPS20 pod-drives (533kW/725hp each) which offer impressive fuel efficiency, low noise levels, long cruising range and high top-end speed. All Volvo Penta systems are covered by an industry-leading five-year warranty.

The Belize 54 Daybridge offers owners the choice of Volvo Penta’s D11-IPS800 system with twin D11 turbo diesel engines and IPS20 pod-drives (460kW/626hp each) or the D11-IPS950 system with twin D11 diesel engines and IPS20 pod-drive units (533kW/725hp each). All Volvo Penta systems are covered by an industry-leading five-year warranty.
