Set in the iconic Port Hercules of the Principality of Monaco since 1991, the MYS is the only place to admire, visit and purchase around 120 extraordinary one-off superyachts built by the world’s most respectful shipyards. Forty new launches are unveiled in world premiere at every edition.

Over 580 exhibiting companies and partners participate in the MYS, among the world’s leading luxury yachting companies: the trendiest superyacht builders, yacht designers, luxury manufacturers and the most important brokerage houses.

The Monaco Yacht Show is the one and only occasion in the year – and in the world – to discover the greatest of superyachting in the glamorous setting of Monaco.

Monaco – other interesting facts

Monaco, literally as small as London’s Hyde Park has a big reputation, crawling with wealth. In just a few seconds you have helicoptered over and away from this petite principality into the surrounds of France. In bygone days, you would find the likes of Frank Sinatra and Errol Flynn at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.

In the past five decades, it has been the most star-studded, glamorous and richest place on earth. With 200 millionaires and 50 billionaires (highest per capita), everyone believes in money like a kind of religion. However, they are living in small apartments as there is no room for huge homes in this postage stamp-sized place. For a bit more room to manoeuvre, many see the sense in investing in a superyacht and parking their floating palaces in the harbour adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea.
